Close-coupled, wall-faced and concealed-cistern toilets take different parts and different access. One photo of the whole toilet settles it.
Ask whether other fixtures in the property drain normally. A single-fixture blockage is a different job from a main-line issue, and the customer should know which one they are getting.
Older homes often have lead bends, non-standard setouts and no isolation at the pan. Allow extra parts and time in the scope rather than absorbing them later.
